This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee") and reBEEca, the buzzing hub of creativity, regarding your sweet rights to use our delightful assets and avatars from the reBEEca hive. By buzzing in and using our assets/avatars, you confirm that you are at least 18 years young! 🐝✨

🐝 GENERAL RULES:

1. Buzzing Purpose: reBEEca products are strictly for VRChat use ONLY.
2. Not for Pollen Trading: Our assets are not for AI, crypto, or NFT purposes. Sorry, no Sims, IMVU, or Second Life, either!
3. Bee Yourself, but Don't Steal: Please do not claim our products as your own, remove watermarks, or redistribute them. Good bees share, but not assets!
4. No Added Honey: reBEEca's textures cannot be included in additional texture addons, like tattoos or other zany creations.
5. No Refunds, Just Buzz: As is the way of digital goods, we offer no refunds. But fret not! Support is buzzing with excitement to help you. Reach out to us via Discord or email!
6. Purchase Points: Purchases are only valid from reBEEca.store, Gumroad, or Jinxxy.com/reBEEca. Shop smart, sweet friends!
7. Credit Where Credit is Due: Proper credit, with a lovely hyperlink, is required when using reBEEca products. We love to see our creations spread their wings! 🌼

🐝 FOR AVATARS:

• Personal Playtime: Avatars are for personal use only. Feel free to post pretty pictures of your avatar on social media—let the world see your sweet style!
• Create, Don't Imitate: Editing in Unity/Blender is allowed, but please don’t reuse our assets for other projects or avatars. Keep the honeycomb intact!

🐝 FOR PAID ASSETS:

• Bee-Leaving in Quality: Paid assets cannot be used on free, nitro, public, or avatars priced below $20.
• Sweet Credit Required: Proper credit is needed. You can show off these assets on completed avatars that are for sale. The bees love a good collaboration!

🐝 FOR FREE ASSETS:

• Buzzing Opportunities: Free assets can be used on commercial, public, and free avatars. Let's help everyone shine!
• Proper Credit Buzzes Back: Always give proper credit. No claiming them as your own or removing watermarks. Share the love, not the theft!

🐝 IMPORTANT:

• Sweet Checkout: Your license is only valid when you provide the correct information at checkout. Mistakes might lead to a hive of trouble!
• Buzzed Consequences: Not following these terms could result in a permanent ban (yikes!), DMCA actions, and fines. We take our hive seriously!

🌼 MATERIAL BREACH AND INJUNCTION 🌼

Your use of reBEEca's delightful 3D digital webstore and materials is subject to these buzzing terms and conditions. Be aware that any serious breach of these terms may cause irreparable harm to reBEEca, for which regular damages would just not be sweet enough! Therefore, along with other rights and remedies available at law, reBEEca reserves the right to seek equitable relief, including both preliminary and permanent injunctions, should such a breach occur.

In case of such a breach, you waive any requirement for posting a bond or other security that reBEEca may seek in connection with such an injunction. If any hacking, theft, or misuse of the site occurs, reBEEca would experience irreparable harm and may seek equitable relief, including injunctive measures. We take the protection of our intellectual property and the security of our hive very seriously and will do everything to prevent any unauthorized buzzing around!
